Experience traditional Tyrolean parlors and the art of Christmas nativity scenes.
Have you recently moved to Tyrol and are now working at a Tyrolean company or university? The Welcome Service Tirol warmly welcomes you and invites you to another special event:
On December 12, 2025, we will visit the Tyrolean Folk Art Museum together. During a guided tour, we will discover the fascinating Tyrolean nativity art, explore the authentically furnished Tyrolean parlors, and learn more about the customs and the way people lived in earlier times. The tour will be conducted in English.
After the tour, we warmly invite you to a small get-together. The exact location, such as the Christmas market, will be announced on site. Let’s enjoy the holiday season and the end of the year together in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
We are very much looking forward to your participation! Your partner is also warmly welcome! Please note that this event is not suitable for children.

Participation is free of charge.
Registration
Please register yourself and/or your partner online until December, 9 2025.
The number of participants is limited, which is why participation in the event is only possible after written confirmation of the respective participant place by the Welcome Service Tirol. Due to the limited number of participants, we kindly ask you to reliably attend the event if confirmed by the Welcome Service Tirol. If more registrations are received than places available, priority will be given to people who have recently arrived in Tyrol.
Cancellation conditions
Should you not be able to attend, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible! This will allow people on the waiting list to attend the event.
Who is this invitation intended for?
This invitation from Welcome Service Tirol is intended for qualified professionals, scientists and researchers who have moved to Tyrol from abroad (on a long-term basis) in recent years and are employed at a Tyrolean university or in a Tyrolean company.
Children
The event is not suitable for children.
Language
The guided tour through the Tiroler Volkskunstmuseum will be held in English.
