Ambras Castle is one of the most important sights in Austria
Have you recently moved to Tyrol from abroad and work in a Tyrolean company or at a Tyrolean university? We are delighted that you are here and would like to show you another piece of Tyrol and its history that is absolutely worth seeing:
On March 15, 2024, Welcome Service Tirol would like to cordially invite you and your family to visit Ambras Castle with us. Ambras Castle is situated on a rock on the edge of the Tyrolean capital of Innsbruck and is one of the most important sights in Austria. On a guided tour, we will get to know the "Ambras highlights", such as the famous Chamber of Art and Curiosities, the extensive armory and the unique Spanish Hall. At the same time we will be offering a children's tour for young explorers aged 6 and over, which will tell them about the lives of knights and heroes in times long past.

Participation is free of charge.
Registration
Please register online until March 11, 2024.
The number of participants is limited, which is why participation in the event is only possible after written confirmation of the respective participant place by the Welcome Service Tirol. Due to the limited number of participants, we kindly ask you to reliably attend the event if confirmed by the Welcome Service Tirol. If more registrations are received than places available, priority will be given to people who have recently arrived in Tyrol.
Cancellation conditions
Should you not be able to attend, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible! This will allow people on the waiting list to attend the event.
Who is this invitation intended for?
This invitation from Welcome Service Tirol is intended for qualified professionals, scientists and researchers who have moved to Tyrol from abroad (on a long-term basis) in recent years and are employed at a Tyrolean university or in a Tyrolean company.
Language
The guided tour for adults will be held in English, eventually also in German. The guided tour for children will be in German (parents can join the tour).
