Welcome Service Tirol - Guided Tour of Schwaz and Get-together #10

2024-04-19
Visit to the silver town of Tyrol

Have you recently moved to Tyrol from abroad and work in a Tyrolean company or at a Tyrolean university? We are delighted that you are here and would like to invite you to a new event organized by Welcome Service Tirol:

On April 19, 2024, Welcome Service Tirol would like to invite you to a guided tour through the silver town of Schwaz. Schwaz is known for its rich history. In particular, it was once the mining center of Europe and home to one of the most important silver mines in the world. Around 1500, Schwaz was also the second largest town in Austria due to its mining industry. The medieval flair of this very old town (first mentioned in a document around 930) can still be felt in many places today and invites vistors to immerse themselves in history.

After the tour, we will meet at the oldest restaurant in Schwaz for a get-together organized by Welcome Service Tirol. Over dinner we will make new private contacts and deepen existing ones.

We look forward to seeing you! Partners are also very welcome!
